As a licensed real estate agent who has renovated over 7 properties and managed 150 rental properties, Samantha’s people skills and renovation experience makes her the ideal Business Development Manager; helping people realize their renovation dreams.

Now she's back to her passion - renovating properties for families just like yours! 

With over 20 years in the Design and Construction industry, Emmanuel has worked in several positions including building inspector, safety officer, PMP certified Project Manager and QBCC licensed building designer, to name a few. He noticed a growing need in the industry for extra information in addition to exceptional customer service.  Now together with Sam, he is creating renovated homes that families will enjoy for years to come!
